I didn't get an automated voicemail. The caller left a voicemail but all I heard was people talking in the back ground, then they ***g up.

I keep getting calls from this company "Bennett Law" for no reason at all.  They ask is so and so there, and I say no, no one lives here by that name. If you googled my phone number you would see who live here. Tells you to call back on another number. Does not give you a business name or reason for the call. If you do not return call they just keep calling.

First of all if you have not been to court yet then you are correct the Judge would be the one to tell you whether or not you have to pay res***ution. If that were the case you would have had to been found guilty of the charges. Or Target would have hed to file a civil suit for damages which can only happen after you being found innocent in criminal court. Do not ABSOLUTELY do not send them any money. I see I missed your court date already but I hope you tiik their name and number to the Judge. By the most states you have to steal or be accused of stealing over $250 worth of mer****dise before haveing a felony charge placed a***nst you. Any way just wanted you to know.

Turnes out they just had the right number for the wrong person. I just called and asked who they were looking for. It was not me. They were happy to remove my number from their records. They were very nice about it.

This f***ing number calls me telling me I owe them $300 in res***ution fees for attempting to steal $68 of merchandise that never left the Target store that I don't have court for until February 23.First of all...if I owe res***ution, won't the judge tell me that when I go to court? And they're asking me to send money to a PO Box...what the f***?They supposedly sent a letter that I never received as well.In 2003 Bennett-Deloney was sued in West ******ia for $54000 because of overcharging people on their "debt" in which further investigation proved that they had to right to collect debt in West ******ia in the first place.I'm about to reeeeally **** these tools off. But maybe after my court date...

This company is a scam operating tele-communciation company. Where they attempt to gather personal info.,about indivual's, by calling and verbally harassing the customer. Mostly, claiming for money accounts...to get access to your money. Do NOT trust these them, they are scammers and they move around the country, plus out of country.  I have reported them to the FBI and my law enforcement, I suggest anyone else do the same. Stop these CROOKS, they MUST be stopped!!!!
