Caller stated calling a***n and my purchase of a computer has been placed in hold due to possible fraudulent charges and to hold for a customer service representative

Said they were calling from a “health information line which was being recorded.” They then asked if I “could here them ok.” And immediately ***g up

Exactly what type of number is this? What is it used for and how do you get it? I mean please please come on give me my info please... I’ve spent a couple ***dred bucks here and I’m not getting my info!!!
