Credit card scam for Discover

Have received calls before from this number and I have it blocked. If I get an unfamiliar number I don't answer let them leave a message if they are bogus they **** up.

Caller ID displayed DISCOVER, answered and it was pitch for 0% on Visa and Master Card. What a scam

identify as the visa master-card that provides all credit cards for all banks, heavy accent. I asked what country their office was located. He said USA I said really what state are you calling me from right now.... he did not answer so I called him a lying ****** and ***g up

I told the person I know this was a scam and they ***g up on me.
