Western States Publishing is the phone soliciting firm hired by UNOA to solicit donations. They can be reached at (801) 363-2958. Ask then to remove you from their call list or add you to their do not call list. My guess is the reason they call and **** up is: this is a common strategy used by phone solicitation companies. To have a ma****e call to see if you pick up and at what time you picked up, so they have a better idea when to catch you home, so a solicitation rep can call at that same time of day and have a better chance of rea****g you.
