Anonymous total spam and or Fishing

Anonymous I have gotten call from this # 5 or 6 times, which comes thru as a Vermont # ...I get a lot of these SCAM calls, and when I answer this # there's no reply to my*****o. I unfortunately work at a place that my personal cell is my main contact so I have to answer all call in less I am with my clients. I am SO tired of these ****** calls and I can't stop them.

Why are texts and calls received if no owner's name was found? Even a business has a name.
