Anonymous They sent me an email saying they were from McAfee and that my payment of $651 went through successfully, along with what looked like a receipt, and this phone number. I called to see if this was an accident or to find out more. The man sounded like he was in a call center and said “thanks for calling customer service,” and I asked “customer service of what company,” and it seemed like there was a language barrier. Then he asked for the invoice number so he could see what I’m calling about, and I hesitantly did. Then it beeped twice and ***g up the call.
