reached out to our architecture firm. Same deal - he bought a piece of land, wants to build a $3M home on it, asking for our fee. Says he's in the hospital bound in a wheelchair. Had a friend with connections look up the lot and it's not for sale nor was sold.
Emailed about building a house once he gets out of the hospital
Emailed our architecture firm inquiring about the design of a $2.5M house. He stated that he purchased a lot in the area and that he was in the hospital but wanted us to send a fee proposal and he would pay a deposit.

Our architecture firm was contacted by this number and a person name Richard Gregor requesting a proposal. He missed several phone meetings and wouldn't answer our questions but gave us an address of a lot on Staten Island he wants to build a 2million house one. Not sure what the scam is exactly but it doesn't seem this person exists.
How are you?
Asked if I wanted to meet for coffee. Since I didn't recognize the number, I didn't reply.
Claims we met on a dating site which didn’t happen. Said he was from France. He knew my full name! He called twice and sent several text messages. I live in England, UK.
A package was ready for shipment. The cost is $1234.00. It will be debited from my account unless I call to verify accu**** of the order.
Trying to make sure this is not a scam to get money for rent and they don't have the property.
