Es una estafa, envío una carta diciendo do que debía este dinero

Wanted to know if i paid my credit card or unsecured debt on time

I'm trying to find out if the number that sent me the text messages is a scammer or not

The automated call stated the IRS had issued a warrant for my arrest and that I had to call them back immediately before they sent the arrest warrant to my state (not specified in the generic message). I've received this message twice today from two different numbers.

DQ When I answered the phone it was someone laughing. It sounded like they had been drinking because they were so incoherent. Then they ***g up.
