Rep In Ohio Said I Don't Know Why They Called You, Must Have Been A Mistake. Then They Said, They Can't Even Pull Up Your Account, Well Then. How Did They Get Number? Du-Du-Du-Du-Du-Du-Du-Du Must Be The  Twilight Zone Of Time Warner Just Like Their Fees!!!!!!!

I just got off the phone with Time Warner too and got 3 call in a row, and they left no message. How unprofessional!

Called. No message. Strange. 7:55PM and 8:01PM. We were still on the phone with TWC tech support. Hmm

After you've completed a service call of some kind to Time Warner, they immediately call you back from this number. It is an automated survey with a series of questions about how satisfied you were with the service you got on the call. They don't leave a message because it is not a live person doing the calling.

got 3 calls from this number after reporting another harrassing phone number to time warner cable.  i did not answer and they left no message. a***n, annoying.

TW guy just left here, then two no-message no-ID calls from 803...etc.

I got a call as well and it said please wait so I held for about 6 minutes then just ***g up. Don't say please wait and the have dead silence forever.

Yes, three in a row today...3:36, 3:37, 3:38 also after I contacted Time Warner this morning.***.Leave a message people. If we are expected to listen to an automated message and press 1 for x, 2 for y, yada yada, then they can be expected to leave a message.Otherwise, I'm not wasting my minutes on these calls.

I just got this same call from the same number.  The first two times they called I didn't get to the phone because I was in th emiddle of so****ing, but the third time they called, I finally ran to get the phone, and it was an automated survey regarding our recent technician visit, which was odd, as we hadn't had a tech visit in over a year.

Well, I suppose this is Time Warner calling me since their tech just left my house this morning and this website says that the number is****ociated with them.  How unprofessional to call 4 times in a row and never leave a message.  Thier professionalism is almost as sorry as their cable service.

They didn't leave a message I didn't call them back.

Jun 18, 2009: 3 calls, back-to-back on my cell, 11:33, 11:52, 12:00, while I was at work.  No Messages.  No response on call-backs.

Ya,  got calls from this number just after talking to a Time Warner Cable Representative.  They did not leave any message.  Tried 2 times. Did not answer it 2 times.  These days, if you want to reach people, you MUST identify yourself.
