I received a call on my cell phone for my stepson (who does not use my cell - we don't live in the same household!). They refused to identify themselves till I told them they are required by federal law to do so. It was Williams and Fudge. I gave them my stepson's cell number and told them to remove my cell number immediately and that if I heard of them calling anyone else in our family that I will make sure they are reported to the State Attorney General in our state and the state they are operating out of. By the way - they are in Rock Hill, South Carolina. It really was their bad day when they called me as I am a professional researcher.

Pieces of trash. An online school tried to charge me for attending at extra semester when I dropped almost 2 months prior. The school realize this and dropped the balance, but not before they sent it to a collection agency who now won't stop calling. Agents there claim that they have received no word from the school, however I have a fax copy of the zero balance and was copied on a letter and email directly to them....S*** of the Earth.

I got a call from someone calling themself Jennifer from this number. She said she was with Williams and Fudge, calling to collect on my federal student loans. I advised her that those had been paid off for several years. She lectured me on the importance of paying my debt. That legally I'm bound to them. I said that the IRS had garnished my wages and tax returns for several years until the debt was satisfied. She then advised me that I need to provide her with proof of this fact and then I advised HER that she needs to provide me with proof of the debt and not to call me a***n until she could do so. She ***g up on me. I called her back and she ***g up on me a***n. These people are very unprofessional apparently. I am looking to file a complaint on them now.

This number calls my house several times a day, but never leaves a message. It's getting quite irritating and when I do pick up, ***ody answers.

This number was Citibank. They do not stop calling. Even if they have the wrong number! They have called my number every day for the past 4 weeks asking for a Mr. Reece. No Mr Reece her, even trying to call me Mrs. Reece! ( I am not married and my name is not even close to Reece.)They have been told that there is no one here by that name and I do not have an account with them. Anyone know how to stop this?

callER was a women and sounded like a c**t. she said i wasnt telling the truth and called me a liar. she called asking for another person whom uive never heard of. i told her i wasnt the person and she called me a liar. so i told her to f*** off and eat s**t. she said thanks you too and said shell be calling A***N.

Male caller with Southern US accent called my husband early this morning claiming to be the owner of a student loan originated with Wachovia Bank.  Hubby acknowledged he has student loans, but stated that it was NOT originated with Wachovia, to which the caller had no reply.  Caller was rude, surly, and aggressive. Caller insisted that this debt was now standing at approx. $8,000, but that a settlement of $4,000 would be sufficient, if paid immediately.  Caller insisted on obtaining our contact information, which my husband refused to furnish.  Instead, hubby stated he would return the call later this week, once he had more information.The real kicker is, my husband said that of all the loans he took out, he cannot recall whether this was one he'd paid or not (or, perhaps, if it's real in the first place)!Hubby has other loans that he is paying on, yet this one insisted that he was hiding from them, and difficult to contact-- why is that, I wonder?  How is it that, in the three years of our marriage, this is the first we've heard from these folks? HMMM?  I strongly suspect that this number was purchased from the previous owners of 803-329-9791.Anyone else had problems?

My mother got a call at her home asking for my ex husband of 10 years. I called them back and told them that unless they tell me who they are and what they want, i wont give them anything. refused to identify what it was concerning. so i ***g up

I RECEIVED THE CALL ON MY CELL PHONE AND I AM HIGHLY ****ED OFF. 800-326-5032  ASKING ME ALL SORTS OF QUESTIONS AND DID NOT IDENTIFY THEMSELF, I ALMOST TOLD THEM MY LIFE STORY JUST TO SHUT THEM UP. THEY LOOKED UP MY NEIGHBORS ON GOOGLE AND CALLED MY NEIGHBOR TO GIVE MY SON A MESSAGE. **** POOR WORK ETHIC..DON'T YOU HAVE TO IDENTIFY YOURSELF/YOUR BUSINESS.
