The reason I say it's not a spammer is because they cut me off usually they tried to get me to sign up and I tell them I already have it but cut me off and then ***g up I believe this is a private number

This number is being used to receive money from Wal-mart cards through scaming others out of their credit card funds or bank accounts. They will put money into your account first as good faith measure, then ask you to give them the funds back. A day or two later your bank will reverse the charges back to your account therefore causing your to be overdrawn. Be careful of these people.
