we dont have an auto loan at all and dont know why are getting these calls at all.

Citifinancial auto - This company is a large loser, driven by greed and employing very low paid, rude, dumb callers.  Their "customer service" is in India!  They are laying off employees in droves due to management's incompetent decisions to loan money at high interest rates to high risk customers.  Just like the home mortgage debacle.  Best way to deal with them is to email them constantly arguing your case:  [email protected]  They cannot deal with emails, but keep a record of your correspondence for when they threaten to get tough.  The best way to stop predatory lending is to put the *****s to this company.  They can get one of us, but not thousands of us!  Join the club to put CFA in their place.

I got calls from this number at least 2-5 times a day for more than a month.  I repeated told the caller that the person they are trying to find is not using this number any more, but they won't stop calling.

You're not kidding... you all think your story is harsh :-/  I have nearly $500k worth of loans with CitiFinancial. Auto / Home.  My auto loans are for business, sometimes the payment gets late by a day or two.  First they *****ed up my loan payments by putting them all on the same account, forcing one account into default status, so I paid it up (double the payments on that note) They call my house 4-6 times per day and my cell phone 4-6 times per day if the payment is "1 - YES ONE" day late. Never a***n will I do business with CitiFinancial Auto. Absolutely Terrible.  Even when I do pick up the phone is is obviously a computer generated call, becasue most of the time there is noone there! Lately I have been answering and just muting the mic on my phone, so they can pay the long distance for calling me, eventually it ****s up. :)  --NEVER A***N WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CO. CANNOT WAIT FOR THE LOAN TO BE PAID OFF"

I've asked them repeatedly not to call my cell phone number to no avail!!!!!

They really are ridiculous. Makes me wonder if their company isn't about to go under the way they call so many people so many times a day, like they're s****ing the barrel looking for money. They DO harrass! If you do a search on the internet (just a general search) for how often bill collectors can call - they are ONLY allowed to call ONCE a day! ONCE! That's IT! I tell you, I don't remember reading in there that the consumer has to ANSWER in order for it to count as their one call, either.  And, no, they NEVER leave a message! And I had one lady who was SOOOO RUDE to me! The FIRST time I was going to be 5 days late, I called to let them know that, and she got completely ****ed at me, s****ed yelling at me telling me my interest would just keep adding on per day, instead of just doing what she should and KEEP her personal feelings and AT***UDE OUT OF IT, and annotate in my account that I called. That's the other thing - they do NOT take phone numbers off your account once you've added it. And clearly, they don't annotate in your account that you requested for that to happen, because the next person who calls FIVE minutes later, and even DAYS later, calls the EXACT number you asked to have removed!  I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER get a loan through these people a***n.  The first time anything goes wrong where you even MIGHT be a little bit late, they just harrass, harrass, harrass!

They call me all the time ; home & work. I either ignore it , send them to voice mail , or answer ans say "she's" not here can I take a message?The someone calls back immediately from an "unknown caller" number. I just made a payment and they stopped calling for about 3-4 days. My payments are due on the 6th of the month, and they s**** calling on the 6th. This month (Jan) that day was on a Sunday! DOn't they know this is harrassment?What does it tak to get them to stop? I had a loan with them previously and they didn't act like this. Why s**** this on my new loan now? ARG!!!

This number is definitely CitiFinancial Auto..they have been told repeatedly not to call my place of employment and they continue to do so.... BEFORE MY PAYMENT IS EVEN DUE!! This one rep called me at work and s****ed insulting me, her name was Aleisha. i wish i hadn't gotten my loan thru them. I will definitely NEVER use them a***n.

They call over and over even before the payment is due. Ridiculous.

ANNOYING CONSISTENT CALLS, THEY DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE!

This is not CitiFinancial.  It is a scam with numbers that trace back to various legitimate businesses.  When you return the call they are obtaining information and have been known to even hijack faxes.

For the last few weeks on my caller ID this number keeping showing three to five times a day.  It is a South Carolina call.Finally this morning I answered the phone.  I asked what they wanted.  "It's a personal matter."  So I played along and pretended to be my nephew.  The lady gave me a different number for "me" to call back-888-350-9063.Got on line and called the main number for CitiFinancial Auto in ******ia.Took my phone number and after 5 minutes transferred me to someone who wanted me to repeat everything that I had just said to the previous person, etc.  She ***g up on me when I asked why they needed my name.Called back the main number in ******ia and got a different person who told me that my number was not in their system and they did not solicit business, etc.Filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.Also, I do not have an account with Citi Financial.

Stop the calls. THey come daily and I do not have ANY late credit card payments and absolutely no car payments--paid cash for both of mine.

I have absolutely no idea how these people got my cell phone number but they call it nonstop!!!!!!  I am never past 30 days of being late and they s**** before I am even late at all.

This number calls my home and ****s up when I answer.  I am going to find out what city I need to file a BBB complaint in.  They pay their losers in a cubicle to **** up on people?  What a ****** business practice.

They call no stop, 4-5 times a day and if they dont get ahold of the person they are seeking they **** up on you. If you call back to get them to stop, they say they arent solicting, they are callign for a reason. I told the lady that me telling them that the person isnt available should not be a reason for them to **** up on *****ey are rude and inconsiderate and harrass people at work! If i were you never take a loan out with them. My coworker was only 2 days late and they s****ed they circus act!
