I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AND IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE RIDING IN A CAR BUT THEY LEAVE NO MESSAGE...JUST AIR TIME

dumb sounding guy left a message saying he was from "Educational Credit", the guy was breathing very heavy-like he had just been running alot, I had sent an message to them via their website asking why they were calling from this number repeatedly ON A SA****AY and ****ing up as soon as I answered, and requested return contact by fax only, on the message the number left to call back to was different than the on on the caller id
