Put her on hold for a while and told her the CEO was unavailable and we'd have to take a message. She switched states and was now from the State of South Carolina! WOW!

Got a call from "State Offices of ******ia." Asked for the president of the company . Told him President was unavailable and he asked for some other random names who are according to him the CEOs of our company. Told him they didn't exist in our directory and he tried to correct me saying they were. Was angry with me that I could't transfer him appropriately and s****ed getting hostile.
Called and asked for the president of the company and just said his name was Luke from the state of Georgia
