contacted by social media and want to see if a scam

Won prize, and give me your credit card number

When the number 1st showed up on my phone, it appeared as a spam number, but I actually talked to someone who I've been corresponding with on the ****out app.

This number keeps calling me. It says, "This is the Verizon automatic operator. This number will call you three times a day for the next five days unless you do all of the following..." (then I **** up). It seems like a scam to me.
