Supposedly callback about a TV ad???????? I pressed to be removed and it said "Please wait while we connect you..."

called them back twice within 5 min of them calling me and recording kept saying"sorry. call can not be completed"

Got this same call; CID said "RICHMOND, VA". I picked up/***g up to break the call; it called back IMMEDIATELY a***n!! I picked up/***g up a SECOND time; it finally STOPPED. I suspect the SOURCE of these calls is TIME WARNER CABLE and possibly other cable providers. They are constantly running ADS that match these scams verbatim. Note all the scam calls for "Swit****g Electric Providers/Buy Home Solar Panels over the phone from a complete FOREIGN stranger!",****orted medical devices (back ***ces/knee ***ces, etc.), Home Security Systems/Medical Alert Systems, Medical Lawsuits for bad drugs, bad surgeries, etc. I believe the cable companies SELL our NAMES and phone numbers to these SCAMMER COMPANIES that then hire FOREIGN CALL CENTERS to HARASS us for our FINANCIAL information so that the (probably American) SCAMMERS can DEFRAUD us and the GOVERNMENT out of BILLIONS *AND avoid prosecution because the calls originate from Overseas. ALSO, the cable co's have EASY ACCESS to which phone numbers are currently 'not in service' providing an easy way for the scammers to know which numbers to use to S****, to HIDE their REAL source/iden***y.
