Anonymous Possible spam texting

Robo call! Hampton INN was the caller ID. 6/3/2024, we received a call from caller id "Hampton Inn" which we answered since we are expecting guests. However, the caller said they were calling from EZ-Pass(doubtful). I responded that we had taken down their information and intend to report it to the FCC - and that they must remove our phone number from their list at which point the caller ***g up. This was clearly a phishing call. Meanwhile to be safe, we contacted E-Z Pass to report this call. There was not such call. This appears to be a ROBO call and it is possible they were indeed a telemarketer. This was NOT a text. Per Been Verified records, his phone number appears to belong to a person...

fake email about a purchase and then to call this number to complain

This call came in under the name Carolyn Graham. None of the above match that name, and there is no detail about the owner above. They did not leave a message. I' m sure it's spam.
