Very rude. They placed a judgement a***nst me that was never served. When I got in contact with their "law" office I couldnt get any of my questions answered and eventually the rep just ***g up on me. When I called back and asked to speak witha  supervisor, I was given a voice mail. Needless to say I am not expecting their supervisor to return my call. I dont understand how can one receive a default judgement a***nst them when they were never served the papers.  The sad thing is that I have the money to pay my debt in full should I have just gotten my questions answered and could have some sort of debt validation to back their claim this would have been a settled matter.

Be very careful calling back. Wendy from Randolph & Boyd claims to want to verify employment, but cannot leave name or other information on voicemail.  She leaves a reference number and asks for a return call to verify employment of someone else.
