They are not slime, nor are they trying to rip people off.  They are the company that Citimortgage has contracted to handle their mortgage****istance accounts.  My husband and I are awaiting the paperwork; MOS called and left a message.  I called them back and they explained who they were (very friendly and professionally).  Because we had not submitted our paperwork, they advised us to contact Citi to see what was going on.  They provided the number for both Citi and for MOS as well in case we had questions.

This number calls me weekly.  They don't leave a message.  I am currently going trying to get a home loan modification through CitiMortgage.  I thought all I had to do was to submit the paper work, go through the credit councling and get approved.  That was almost 5 months ago now.  But it is turning out to be much harder than that and now, this number keeps calling and NOT leaving me a message.  I haven't been approved or denied.  Scary part is they have paid my property taxes, house insurance for the year, so if I do NOT get approved, I will not be able to afford my new mortgage because they will tack on all the stuff they paid.HELP!

I just received a call from this number, I didn't answer and when I called it back it was just a recording and then it put me on hold and noone came back to answer my call.

These people are slime. They have called for weeks and **** up -- at all hours of the day/night. I called them and spoke to a very evasive person, i.e. slime.

This place called twice yes****ay and both times as soon as I answer I get disconnected or ***g up on.  I am not sure if they are actually from Citi because we applied for loan modification and have been dealing directly with Citi, every paper we filled out and phone call was directly through Citi. Why would this company be involved at this point? And, if they are involved, why do they **** up rather than say so****ing?  It makes no sense at all.I believe they are an unaffiliated company who files loan mods for people (prob for a fee).  I don't think Citi told them to call.  Ours is already filed completely, there is nothing further to do.

Dennis is right.  It's Mortgage Outreach.  I checked them out and heard they are working with Citi to manage loans that may qualify for modification in the government loan mod program.  They don't collect money but do help run prospects through some type of qualification tool.  Sounds like they are legit and if you get a call from them it may mean less money you pay each month!

For the past week in usually the a.m. to early afternoon. Somebody calls my cell phone from this number and I refuse to pick it up. They only left one message but it sounded like a recording of a person giving me a number.Who is this number?

I have rec'd 11 msgs in 18 days from this number. None of the msgs identify who is calling or what for.  I'm pretty sure this is a violation of FDCPA. Stop calling! If I wanted to use your services, I'd call you back.
