Virginia comes up as wireless call. leaves message with number and extension number but no name or business name. Found out collection agency in Richmond, VA

Me I answered, and the lady on the other end said my name, which was correct. I answered that I was that person, and she said that she needed to verify my address, at which time I asked to what it was in reference. She said that it was for collections and said that she had to verify my address and my social security information, to which I told her that I wasn't going to do so without knowing to what it was in reference. Her response was that she couldn't tell me until she verified that information, so I told her I wasn't giving that out without knowing to what it was in reference. She said OK and ***g up.

They are not slime, nor are they trying to rip people off.  They are the company that Citimortgage has contracted to handle their mortgage****istance accounts.  My husband and I are awaiting the paperwork; MOS called and left a message.  I called them back and they explained who they were (very friendly and professionally).  Because we had not submitted our paperwork, they advised us to contact Citi to see what was going on.  They provided the number for both Citi and for MOS as well in case we had questions.
