This number has tried to call me several times in the past weeks and I never answer. When i call back I get a recording saying this number is not available with my plan???? Anywho, i have blocked this number from my phone and will report it after reading all this.

called me too... didn't answer, but no message was left. Happened a few months back with the same number.

I got a called a recorded  message for carpet cleaning ---ask me to punch 1 for an appointment. I did not. I tried to redial from my cell phone as recieved and got a recording that the call could not be completed as dialed. this is a bad number so what number are they using to call people and how does this happen with an incorrect number.

they have called me twice.  once on dec. 28th 2009 and then a***n today on jan. 4 2010.  i didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.SCAMMERS!  i am reporting them.

I got a call from this number 804-798-7468 today at 1 pm on my cell phone. It was a recorded message and I ***g up. I'm also on the do not call registry. I reported them as soon as I got home. I hope they fine the heck out of them.

I got the call a few minutes ago. I thought it was one of my friends that tried to restrict their number or so****ing, since I live in the 804 area code. I called back and it said "Your call cannot be completed as dialed." But the number came up as 011018049587468, so I also thought it was an over-sea number.

left a message on my Go phone. Cost me $1.10 to retrieve the message. I reverse looked-up the number --nothing.  Made a complaint at the do-not-call site. I deleted the message and ***g up as soon as I could to avoid further charges, so I didn't get the name of the company. If I find out they are a legit carpet cleaning co. I will never use them and will make sure no one I know does either.

Got the same call everyone else did today.  Where should we be submitting this info to Do Not Call or FCC?  Can you do that online?

I got a call from a carpet cleaning service 8049587468.  I called back but it says "out of service number".  How is this possible?

called at 4:03 pm.  No message. fortunately had left my phone in my car so the call didn't interrupt my meeting.

I just got a call at about 2:30 during high school, I never recieve random spam calls and I don't give my number out to anything unofficial.

Got a call today at 4:42 p.m. on my cell from carpet cleaning service. Don't know how they got my number. I am on do not call list.

This number is on other sites as an annoying call to mostly cell phones. Some people get a person or recording claiming it is a carpet cleaning company. All who try to call back get a recording that doesn't sound like a true phone company recording, but rather a person trying to sound like one, saying it isn't a working number. But some people are seeing an out of country area code before this number, and are worried it is a front for selling cell numbers to a foreign auto-dialer, after they verify which ones are "live". Please report them to both www.donotcall.gov AND to the FCC so that if they get enough complaints, they will stop these people. It's just too many online commenting about it for it to just be a "carpet cleaning business". Way too many. Please file complaints to both places to stop whatever it is they are doing.

I got a call on my cell today too, at 4:15pm. I have been on Do not Call for a long time, so I reported it to them, as well as to the FCC (they are separate). That's a maybe for stopping the calls, if enough people complain. And if they do go after them, they'll get fined for each person they call, that reports them, so please file complaints with both places. What worries me though, is another site suggested they are a front for an autodialer from out of the country checking cells to see which ones are real or not. Some of the caller IDs were showing an out of country area code before their number. Last thing I need (true for most people) is a lot of junk telemarketing calls eating up my cell minutes. Hope this can be stopped before that happens.

My car was broken into this morning and someone called me from this number tonight. This afternoon to be exact at 4:20pm. Over $1000 in stuff was taken from my car at 9am and they stole all my IDs and mail and business cards were in there so they have my number for sure.I called the police let you know what I turn up if they bother to track the number at all.

this number just called my cell phone. Don't know how they got my number. Didn't leave a voicemail message or anything. Think it is an Iden***y Theft number, they call and if they reach you try to get your personal info. I'm sure that's what it is.

It is a carpet cleaning company. I hit the option to "make an appointment" and got a live person that told me to hit 8 next time they called me and that would remove me from the list...then she ***g up on me.
