Anonymous phishing call from this number

I don’t understand which search engines you guys utilize, but this is my own phone number and has been for over one year. How is it that your search engines did not catch that? I have it registered with my social media and email accounts. I don’t know if your a legitimate service or a scam. Or if I’m really being impersonated by someone else.

Appears to be a blind cellphone number for a ******bag debt collector -- Caller ID only says 'Ventura CA'. Message for someone we do not know says: "I want to help you out with so****ing that crossed my desk today -- it is urgent you call me......", and leaves an 800 number (800-345-3045). The number goes to the s***bag collection agency, who, when googled, provides some pretty entertaining reading.

The message says "Need Some Cash? We want to get it to you! Go to www.GetCashWire.com".

Receiving unwanted text messages from www.mycash44.com.  Unable to stop.

These people call or text me daily.  Even after I have replied STOP via text as instructed, but it doesn't matter. My text messages cost me $0.99 each.  They should be prosecuted for this! Then when you call the number, it just says this number is unable to receive calls or the v-mail is full.
