Quick Brown Fox An unwanted call from this Oxnard VOIP number arrived today. When the answering ma****e picked up, there was dead silence. This is the calling card of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public. The caller has been unmasked as Penny Mac, a known predatory lender. I'm soooooo surprised!!!!!!!

Kathryn Esparza Caller has no concept or consideration of time and continues to be a problem
