A person who claimed that knew me and sent a one time photo

anonymous Has called twice asking for my name - I didn't give it to him. Seems to have mental issues. Says he needs financial help. Told him to quit calling or I would report him for harassment. He said he was going to report me for harassment.

I do know this person they send me text offering awards for money and web sites for me link on to I don’t know how they got my info and they use my first name

This person called me saying they were pg&e and that the electricity was scheduled to be turned off today. When I ask them for my address they proceeded to give me my business address not my home address and then ***g up on me I tried to call back but phone disconnected.
