Seems like a scam to collect well past due debts in hopes the person is unaware they are no longer legally liable. Rather pushy but common for scammer’s.

They called my Brother and tried to make him pay an old repossession that was 15yrs old, they threated him and was very defensive with his bank and the Bank told him that it was a scam!
