Seems like a scam to collect well past due debts in hopes the person is unaware they are no longer legally liable. Rather pushy but common for scammer’s.

Mike This is a bogus phone number. This number showed up as an incoming call to my home phone at about 2:10 pm on 11/14/2014 but I wasn't able to answer the phone. When I called back, I received a message that it is a non-working number. I will block it.

Bad for Business Lines Our business has had its 800 number locked up by this robo-calling service. This time it's anti-Obama messages. Guessing that the number is either owned by a political advisory/robo-calling service with only political alliances with those that can pay (i.e. anyone), or it's in a block of numbers traditionally set aside for this kind of business (robo-calling). Either way (or any way, not mentioned above), it's bad for our business.
