Seems like a scam to collect well past due debts in hopes the person is unaware they are no longer legally liable. Rather pushy but common for scammer’s.

Continuous calls daily, no message, no voicemail.

Not able to call caller back.

Bad for Business Lines Our business has had its 800 number locked up by this robo-calling service. This time it's anti-Obama messages. Guessing that the number is either owned by a political advisory/robo-calling service with only political alliances with those that can pay (i.e. anyone), or it's in a block of numbers traditionally set aside for this kind of business (robo-calling). Either way (or any way, not mentioned above), it's bad for our business.
