Jimbo Yes it's a collection agency, capital mgmt.  They call several times a day but no messages. They also use another number with the 805 area code.

Friend conections

This number calls 2-3 times a day and even though i keeep telling them that the person they are calling for does NOT live here they dont Comprehend normal english because they keep calling!They s**** it around at 8 or so in the morning and keep at it ALL DAY! IM over it after months of this i just screamed at them im really annoyed its christmas eve and already they have called twice today! They call late too they have woken my kids up several times over the last few months i shouldnt have to turn any of my phones down because someone doesnt listen wont listen and are rude and arrogant im over these people!
