chris Calling me from a different number telling that my loan application has been pre-approved and I didn't apply for one. Asking for more information about me. I can't even understand the man that keeps leaving me voicemail.

Annoyed I called this number back and it is for lower insurance rates. It says press 3 if you want to be taken off their call list but when I pressed three, it ***g up on me. If you press 1 you get a person. Do not answer...SPAM!

I get calls from this person on my cell. He has an accent. Does not identify himself as a credit collection agency. I just want to know who it is.
