At first they asked me if I was still looking for a job and what kind of job and then they said they were going to transfer me to another line to help me with a program that helps you go to school for a better job at np cost when both lines started speaking over each other I knew it was most likely spam

Seems suspect. They left what sounds like half a voice message with just enough to make you nervous but no real information. Literally all I heard was "legal proceedings" and most of the phone number. A google search gave me more info than that and this page combined. Other people who have had calls from this number say it is a social security fraud and others just say it is unsafe. I tend to agree

The name Franklin Bank is used from an official looking url. There is no information available to indicate this bank has an official office in this area code.

Shamonda They've called several times, and who ever this company is, the employees have extremely sever accents and I can't understand what they're saying, but I do know that its not my name they're asking for. Today, I informed the person he had the wrong number and he told me i was lying, that he had the right number, and went off on me in what ever language he was speaking. I called the number back asking for a supervisor, tried to explain to that person they're calling a bad number. I want these phone calls to STOP!

I got  atext from these guys too saying that my account had been closed due to unusual activity.  Maybe some kind of new phishing scam over the phone.  I don't have a bank account there either.

I received a text message stating due to unusual activity my Franklin Bank Account had been closed. (I do not have a Franklin Bank Account).  It instructed me to log into website www.bankfranklinsecure.com and reactivate.  The text came from [email protected].  About 30 minutes later, my wife received the same message from a g-gomez.
