To the previous poster. I am so sorry this happened. Unfortunately these scammers are typically in Jamaica so they are out of reach for US authorities. Please alert your mother's bank becuase these scammers often use a victim to RECEIVE payments from other innocent people. These criminals know how to manipulate people to become a money mule. Best of luck.

Anonymous This guy scammed my mom out of $10,500 and will not stop calling her for more money even thought we've reported him to the FL AG, FBI, FTC, USPS Inspector and local Sheriff's office. They use the PCH scam and prey on elderly people.

My husband and I received the text messages as well, but his was from [email protected] and mine was from [email protected].  It stated For Usual Maintenance Please Confirm Your JSC FCU details by calling 806-478-0006 and gave an ID number as well.  Who is this and what can be done about it?

FCC Complaint

They are now using Johnson ****e Center Credit Union (JSC FCU). Same phone number but they are listing an ID number in the text message too.

I received the same message on both my work and personal cell phones (different carriers). It comes from an address @jscfcu.org.

We recieved a fraudulent text message from [email protected] on June 15, 2008 saying our Credit Union 1 account was closed due to unusual activity. We were directed to call 806.478.0006.

FCC Complaint

I filled out an FCC complaint about this with the 1-806-478-0006 number... who knows if that does any good!?
