Text indicated that EDD (Employee Development Department) for California required an update on my information and included a link. Not very good grammar in the message: "EDD requires an update required on your account. verify information to update the security of your prepaid account HTTP://01vsapre.info/XzBFn" There was not any issue identified when I logged on to the EDD site itself. Unlikely that a text message would be sent as well.
