These people send out e-mails, thanking you for your business through PayPal. It looks real, and when you don't agree or recognize the transaction they say call the number below. I called it and an Indian man answered and took the order number and said the person who did this is David Parker through PayPal account, but it is tied to your bank information. I did not give any specific information. He said he would send me an e-mail with all the information regarding this charge and identify the people responsible. The e-mail never arrive.
