Keeps calling me but when I call back it says number is no longer in service

Called my cell phone twice and wasn't able to pick up . Returned their call and it said unable to connect.

They say that your credit card interest rate is going to expire. Push 1 to speak to someone or 2 to loose your interest rate adjustment.

Said it was my credit card company and they had repeatedly tried to reach me and this was my last warning. ***g up after that.
