Tried to get personal information

My computer froze and it gave this number. The guy tried to get my bank information and had me turn over my computer to him remotely. {Instaview? software). I ***g up on him froze my bank accounts and found the software he installed on my computer. WOW!

An alert came up on my computer saying it got hacked and to call right away, ended up acting like I got hacked with the info they had me put into my computer when called then connected me to “bank” and I told them my entire card number to “verify” my account..I fell for it, but cancelled all cards right away, just wasted about 4-5 hours of my day dealing with a fake hacked message.

This is a fraud caller who tries to get you to get to give out secured bank & credit card info. this call is from Hawaii. The agent poses as Microsoft computer agent dealing with online computer fraud.
