This is one number used to denote a call from a military Satellite phone. More specifically an "Iridium." They are expensive to use, but many military members who have access to them will use them for personal calls on occasion. They can call out, but you won't be able to return the calls using the number on your call logs. - Military member

My brother, a marine, called from this number. I wish I picked it up.

this number was on my home phone with a voicemail from my son who is a Marine & deployed in Afganistan right now. To bad ***ody was home.

This is the number that usually shows up when the military uses the satellite phone. When my boyfriend calls from afghanistan this is the number that shows up.

Guy called me to buy my car on Ebay.  He said he was calling from a satellite phone in Kuwait.I spoke with him for several minutes.

does anyone know who this is calling me? when i call it back it says that it is not in service. i do have a boyfriend in iraq, so maybe its him, but he usually calls me from a calling card, and that is not the same number I'm used to seeing. i didnt answer it in the past, but yes****ay i did and it was a really bad connection and i couldnt hear the person on the line...anyone know anything about this number?

My husband also calls from this line from Iraq, it's badically a free DSN call from the base. It'll be either an 808 # which is Pearl Harbor or 210 which is Fort Sam Houston.

i didn'y answer it the first time but thank god he left a message so i knew it was him. a dear friend serving in the navy in iraq!!!! make sure you answer this number when it rings you. it is very important!!!!

It's a satellite phone ground station satellite gateway in Hawaii. Iridium satellite calling services uses it.

My boyfriend is serving overseas too and he called me from this number a few days ago. 808 is a Hawaii area code, but he's in Iraq so I'm not sure how that works.

Did anyone get an answer at this number? I called it back and it was a "wahi wahi switch center?" My boyfriend is serving overseas as well, and I want to figure out how to call him back. Does anyone know how?
