Kasier Parmanete This is 100% fraud. On caller ID it come across as Pharmaceutical Company Kasier Parmanente (sp) Then represents themselves as Humanna Health Ins. Which happens to be our ins carrier. They are not with Humana. This is a VOIP number located in Hawaii. Do not answer or all back.
