(808) 843-0000

It's actually from a company that steals your information when you applied for a loan online.  More often than not you've gotten calls from 0000000 and now they've c****ed their number to show up as 843-0000.  They steal your information from when you input your information online to get information on if you'd be approved for a loan and they'll call and harrass you constantly.  I've told them to stop calling my cellphone and they continue so now that I won't answer (as I know it's them) they've s****ed to call my work phone.

Its a call coming in from a satellite phone.  When the caller uses one of these phones, usually military, it picks up any open satellite available at the time of the call.  If thats the call your waiting for and you miss it, your out of luck.  Calling back re-routes the number through any satellite as well.  So you just have to wait for the call a***n.  Once I've figured thats him calling from that number I save it in my phone, so I know next time if its the same number (which it sometimes is) I know to ANSWER IT!!

I dont have anyone that is deployed overseas, my dad was over there for a year doing contracting work but he is home now. This number has called me 2 times within the last 15 minutes, along with 808-653-9999 and then a UNKNOWN called me 6 times back to back, they called me so many times it froze up my blackberry. I thought the unknown was my husband trying to get through but I texted him and he said he wasnt on lunch yet... Now it makes me worried but then a***n very annoyed!

Just had a call from that number with R Ramiro showing on the caller i.d.  It was from my brother in Afghanistan -- he said he was calling on a satellite -- so answer it!!

It is a call from my son in iraq. So do not ignore it, if you have a loved one overseas.

I got a call from this number at 3 AM, says its from Hawaii. The caller left an extremely ****** message and then ***g up.

I got a call from a man in Kuwait wanting to buy my vehicle listed on Ebay.The caller sounded legitimate to me.  He also emailed me with a list of questions.He told me that he was calling from a satellite phone also.

Someone keep texting me from this number saying that I am sleeping around and everyone gets a turn with me. Who could it be. I told my boy friend that is in Iraq about it and he got upset that someone would be playing games like that.

My boyfriend is in Iraq and I answer any weird number that comes up on my phone. Some only have 5 digits in the number but I'm not taking any chances because I hate missing his calls.

It is coming from someone deployed overseas like Iraq. So likely a soldier. it is NOT a scam. it is a number routed through Hawaii.

it was probably your boyfriend calling form a satellite phone.  that's the number I see on my caller id when my husband calls from a satellite phone.  he's also in iraq.

anyone know who this is? i didnt answer it the first few times, but then the last time i did and there was a lot of static and i couldnt hear a voice on the line. my boyfriend is in iraq, so i am wondering if it was him, but he usually calls me with a calling card, and this is not the number i'm used to seeing....
