Beware!!!!! Said they were the Fraud Alert department from my bank. Said they detected unusual activity on my card. Needed my user name and password to keep it from going through. I said no, I will go to my bank and ***g up.

Trying to know whose number this is cause it calls my phone and they are just breathing on the phone

This number has called me twice and has not left anything verbal in a voicemail message. I can hear background noise (static, strange "ding" sounds)
