caller said someone attempted to take 4500. 00 out of my Zelle account on Microsoft. he said he was a security fraud rep from Mid First Bank. Told him i dont have a Zelle account and (for this reason) don’t do online banking. i knew this was a scam because he said i was taking this lightly ( because i knew he was lying) he wanted me to verify all my info so he could reset my login credentials. I asked him to hold on one second, i was going to conference in my banker, i lied and said i had so****ing on the stove. so he said hed hold. the moment i put him on hold he ***g up. but i did speak to my bank and informed me no transaction was attempted and my account wasn’t restricted and they would never reset or ask for my credentials! he gave me a badge number 598326. what ever why would a fraud specialist have a badge number!!! DO NOT talk to this guy, he a complete phony scammer!!!
