I bought a cell phone from a guy off craigslist last using this number 812-430-6340 with Post Id 2352460675 this person sold me a cell phone which states in his post the the phone is in great condition & like new however when I met up with them they said the phone work great they just didn't want it anymore. They turned it on & it appeared to work fine so I bought it however when I got home I had my daughter put her sim chip in & she tried to make a call the person to whom she called couldn't hear her so I checked the batterie & noticed the white sticker was red which means the phone has water damage so I text the person that I bought it from & they refused to give my money back & admitted it didn't work & told me sales are final & to stop texting them! This is a con & theft & fraud! I was scammed! Now because they stole my money i no longer have the money to get my daughter another phone! Please anyone tell me what can be done about it.
