CAME UP AS "PAR" ON MY LANDLINE PHONE...DON'T REMEMBER THE CALL, JUST GOING THRU MY CALLER ID AND CHECKING THESE NUMBERS.

Received a call from this number and two other numbers. I specifically told them I am on the Do Not Call List.

I am a police officer for a department.  This number called my work phone.  A person with a strong foreign accent tried to sell me an warranty on my car :)  I asked to speak to his supervisor.  He told me he was the supervisor.  I explained who I was and that I investigate Technology Crimes.  I was ***g up on before I was finished.  I tried calling the number back only to get a recording that the number was not valid.  I will look in to it a bit more.  Sounds like a big SCAM.  Be warned.
