its pretty bad that they know my SSN and other info they called my work. this happen before

Hi Guys I s****ed to receive calls from this same claimed company with the same threats to me, my family and everything. I have reported this to the FBI, Federal Trade Commision and the Consumer Protection Division in my state as well as where the phone number was calling from. This is FRAUD. The number I was called on was 206-209-0823  2062990823  ( Seattle Washington) from a Harry, Gary Watson and a John Phillip. All claimed I had taken out a loan from American Advanced Cash Advance for $300 that was never paid back. They had all of my information, ( which is very scary). They contacted my references I have used on past applications and claimed they would take them to court as well. Do not confirm any information with these people, REPORT THEM !

I got a phone call about 10:16 am this morning.  They also called my best friend and left a message.  I tried to call the 813-283-4343 number that they told me to call and I get a recording saying all cercits are busy and when I old on to see if someone answers, I get this number is not in service.  This is not the first phone call that I got from these people.  I cursed them up one side and down the other the last time that I talked to them (about 2 months ago) and they are still calling me.

These people for the past week have been calling me on my cell and now thay are calling me at work....I have already reported them to the authorites and  they still continue to call. I even went and  c****ed my cell number. They are a scam so if you see this number  and some by the name of Shawn Brooks calls you stating they have important information or they will have you arrested please be aware they are a scam..

This same guy called my husband today and said his name was Officer Frank...LOL. Well he says the same thing to all of us about the payday loan ****. My husband even got a call from this ****** on his friends cell phone at work.

this same man this time he used the name Walt Miller has been calling me for days trying to reach someone that I havent had contact with in over three years and tells me they took out a payday loan and Im a guantor on the loan and i need to pay it or they qwill have me arrested i told him i haVE SIGNED NOTHING FOR NO ONE AND TO STOP CALLING ME HE THEN CALLS ME 5 MORE TIMES TELLING ME HOW IM GOING TO GO TO JAIL FOR THIS I ASKED HIM HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT.nor a***n have i signed anything buut yet he couldnt provide any information and the the next time he called he tried to make it seem like he was someone else.  This is not a company it is an individual trying to scam money out of people i have filed a complaint and contacted a lawyer.  I suggest any one else he tries to contact file a complaint as well so we can see him arrested.

this indian guy calls me leaves me a messages saying that he needed to talk to me and my boyfriend.  i called the number back and wanted to know what it was about.  he stated that my boyfriend took out a payday loan and now he was being sued and my name was on the loan and i was being sued too.  i advised that i never signed anything or knew anything about this, so they cannot sue me.  he stated then that i was going to be calling to court for this payday loan.  I advised that he needed to stop calling me and if he didnt then it would be harassment.  he stated that it was not harassment.  I am filing a complaint with my local police department.

This Indian guy calls and leaves a voicemail demanding I call him back at 813-283-4343. I call back and give him my name he states he can't pull up my file can he call me back. He calls back within five minutes and tells me that a friend of mine took out a pay day loan and she didn't pay it back so because my name is on it they are filing legal actions a***nst me. The friend he mentioned I haven't spoken to in over a year and I never, never signed anything about a pay day loan and I personally have NEVER taken out one myself. So I s****ed questioning him and he didn't have the answers. He told me to contact my friend because as of tomorrow I legal action would be taken. So I told him I googled this number and already knew he was a scam and he was't getting a penny from me that he should be contacting my friend if she owed the money. I have never signed anything with her so they can't take charges a***nst me if they don't have my signature on anything and he can't even answer any questions I have regarding it. He hasn't called back yet.

This isn't the first time they've tried this on me. But I got their goat from the first time they called by contacting who they said they were calling for. They informed me I owed them nothing. The only way I got them to stop calling my job the first time was to have the receptionist tell them I no longer worked there. (Which I wouldn't have for long if they kept calling me 5 times per day.)Now they are trying this a***n harrassing my family and friends in the process. They all **** up on them when they call and one is pursuing them for harrassment.

The famous "John Morgan" called repeatedly and when we answered demanded to speak to my husband (by name).  I asked him who he was and why; he would provide no information.  I told to not call my number is he was not willing to give me more information.  He then began to yell at me "ARE YOU ____ ____" over and over and over a***n.  So I just told him I was going to report him to the authorities and if he called a***n HE would be arrested!

Some guy from ****stani or Indian man who identified himself  John Morgan from the investigative department left the nastiest voice mail stating that either myself or my attorney need to contact him...that this call is extremely **** sensitive, and that I defaulted on a payday loan and if I do not return their call I will be picked up by my local police department. then I get phone calls later from my friends saying that he called THEM and threatened them as well, one of which happens to be a COP!!! How he came about their information, I will never know. These people are crazy..I have never taken out a payday loan...!I have s****ed saving all the voice mails and have now filed a complaint with the sheriffs Office and they are investigating, using the voice mails as evidence...I was also told by the local PD that some people buy collection debts 7 years and older, tack on a couple ***dred dollars and then refile them as new and try to collect, what there doing is illegal and you should report them whether you owe them or not...

They called my job!!! Ggggrr..

Called in regard to a defaulted payday loan and e-mail address i don't use. Saying they were going to file criminal charges.
