Yes, I just spoke to someone claiming to be Bob Keppler. He asked for my bank account information over the phone. He cursed me, called me a loser! Said I was stalling and did not want to pay my bills. While all along I am asking him "what bill"? I understand bill collectors. However, this guys tactics are uncalled for. I would like to report him.

I have a life lady. Your lack of responsibilty and at***ude affects all of us because in the end everyone pays more for the dead beats who refuse to pay.This is about READING what you signed. If you don't want to be held accountable then DON'T sign contracts. I recently signed on with a cellphone carrier for their wireless internet service. I am NOT happy with it because it truly isn't reliable but guess what? I know I'm subject to the term fee if I choose not to use their service anymore.I am also aware of all the other charges I will be RESPONSIBLE for if I break the agreement. Why? Because the rep who signed me on went over the ENTIRE contract step by step so there is NO excuse of what I am going to pay. If I don't pay it then I know my account eventually is going to be with a collection agency.It's that simple. You pay what you legally owe. Stop the whining because a lot of you act like victims when you're not. scoobydoobie They are a debt collection agency.  Yvonne Banks likes to leave TONS of messages in which she repeatedly lies stating that she has not been able to speak to me at all after leaving several messages.  She DID speak to me one time, and one time only because I refuse to speak to her. The one time I did,  she stated she was going to mark me down as being non-compliant in her file because I would not repeat to her the number that she CALLED ME at.  I'm sorry but if you dialed the number, I'm not repeating it to you.

Dianne Received a voicemail at my workplace phone from a caller identifying himself as "Jerry Krabel". He left a message that he really needs to speak to my daughter about a personal matter. She had to break her apartment lease due to unemployment. Someone from this number called me at work a few weeks prior; he said his name was Stanley Carl.

Keeps calling and telling me I owe money on so****ing I've never heard of.  Leaves very threating messages.  How do I make the calls stop?
