This is a scammer. They are calling to solicit biographical information regarding a suit. First od all all civil prices is served by either Federal Marshals or local Sheriffs Offices after requisite court filings, thus group threatens to show up at your job with the process and demands that you present yourself, your supervisor, and a member of your company’s security force. All they want is your credit card number.
