I just got a call at work and, being the receptionist, I told him I wasn't here and took a message. Said his name was Neil Barker and to call 8133051390. I asked him what it was in regards to and he said her SSN. That is a load of crock and the thick Indian accent didn't help the case.

THIS INDIAN GUY WITH A THICK ACCIENT KEEPS CALLING ME HE CALLED ME FROM 2 DIFFRENT NUMBERS FROM 813-703-1590 AND 813-305-1390.  IT SOUND LIKE THE SAME GUY USING A DIFFRENT NAME FIRST NAME WAS CHRIS AND NOW KEVIN.  HE HAS CALLED TOLD ME I HAVE 3 ALLEGATIONS A***NST MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND I NEED TO CALL HIM BACK OR MY NAME WILL BE DOWNLOADED IN TO THE COURT SYSTEM OF BEING SUED. THIS GUY ALSO TOLD ME NOT TO HAVE MY LAWYER INVOLVED. I AM SO GLAD I CHECK THIS WEBSITE ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I called them back about 50 times in a row that annoyed the **** out of them.  they finally said if we stop calling you will you stop calling us.  I said yes this is all I: wanted since day one.  They actually had the nerve to say I am going to press harra*****t charges if you keep calling lol, my response was well how does it feel.  They got so angry and kept telling me to put the phone down b*tch!!! lol try it next time they wont stop!

This person keeps calling my work in a thick accent saying that his name is David or Daniel Black and he's from a law firm and I owe them money? Guess I'll tell them I know it's a scam and I calling the DA. Thanks for all the info. I was very nervous.

I just called the number he gave me to call him back at (813-305-1390), he then asked me for my SSN and name, I told him I was going to report him to the DA and to never call me a***n, and all he said was "oh, okay" and ***g up.

I just received a call from from 052-497-347 (and no, I'm not missing a number there.) He told me to call him back at 813-305-1390. Thick Indian accent. Couldn't understand the guys name, but said he's from the law office of Mike Wilson. He said to call him back to settle the case of payment and if I didn't want it to go to court, to call him within 23 hours.

At 6:46 tonight some man by the name of Chris called me and said there were legal allegations a***nst my name and social #. I wasn't home so he left a message. He had a very thick indian accent and I couldn't understand all of what he said. But it follows everyone elses stories. I tried to call back and got a voice message sayin that this mail box was full. What do I do? did reverse phone look up and came up with a place in Plant city,FL.

This ***** keeps callin me at work n wants me to tell him my name n # but I tried askin him.questions and he didnt like that n ***g up on me.

I received two calls on Tuesday, December 14, one at home and one at work from the above phone number from a Mark Harrison with a thick Indian accent. He said he was the senior affidavit officer from American Legal Services. He said there is a case filed a***nst my name and social security number and if I wanted to stop any legal action and not mess up my FICO score, then I should call him back "one hour from receiving this message and resovle the matter.  I keep getting these phone calls from differnt numbers and different names.I have filed a complaints.

I got a fake call from this number. Threatened me that there are 3 legal cases that has been filed on my ssn. This completely messed up my mood for a while. Later after seeing this forum, got that it is a fake call.

He called from 813-305-1390, while I had him on the line I did a google search (they called about two months ago). I said hold on, I had saved it as a favorite, brought up all the screen reportig it was a scam....I told him I would call DA, I had already reported them, and to leave me alone, he was shoched and said okay by..Indian Accent. don't wory, just tell him you know it's a scam!

S****ed getting calls yes****ay, same story as all of you posted.  Knew it was a scam but played along so they would fax me the paperwork to "fix this problem before noon when the information will download to the courthouse resulting in my arrest".  What a scam!  I did a reverse lookup on the number listed on the paper that was faxed 813-703-1590 as well as the 813-305-1390 number and they both came back as a land line in Plant City, FL which is about 10 miles from me.  I contacted the sheriff's dept but they would not pursue it because unless someone actually sends them money no crime has been committed, according to the fraud dept at Hillsborough County SO.

I got the same call on 12-14-10. They had my S.S., work address and my checking acct #. I filled a police report and a detective will call me on Wednesday.

this ******* called me too, he has all my information, thretended to sue me, i have to cancel everything and set up alot of fraud alerts, this **** messed with the wrong person, im gonna get him legally somehow.

called me with an accent and said his name was Nick thomas saying I would be sued  and that my Social security number is in trouble.  Called work and cell .

I received a disturbing call regarding a payday loan from February 2010. Being told it has not been paid back and there are serious consequesnces. Someone hacked or traced my info and said legal action will be retuening my call. I asked for their management team and they could provide nothing. the state of California has a great amny rules in refrence to loans and how many you can take and the payback policies are always direct, so there is no such chance of a thing. this number and it's foreign interactors need a major report on them to be filed a***nst.
