its windstream communitcations.. they give customers a number and they do whatever they want with it. I spoke to the company they told me they will see if they can get ahold of this customer and tell him there are plenty of complaints.... and if not call the fbc or fbi and make a police report.

Extremely annoying they call and call and call, they do not leave a message and they rudely **** up when I begin to ask them to take me off their calling list.
