James No name on caller ID - Only "Tampa, FL" and the number +1 (813)321-5116 is displayed. Upon answering, a recorded voice in very bad English with many grammatical and syntax errors claims to be from the IRS and states that I have 4 serious charges leveled a***nst me and to call them at the same number stated above.

I got the same call. A woman left a voice mail saying: "Hello, this is Amy O'Neil with the private servicing division of AccuFile. I am calling in regards to a formal complaint that requires your immediate attention. I have do***ents that are scheduled to be delivered to your residence or place of employment. We will only make two attempts to deliver these do***ents. Please have valid identification to ensure the proper delivery of the do***entation. If you or your attorney have any questions regarding this matter. You can contact our client directly at (800)340-5219." It's a scam. I filed a complaint with the FTC

Anonymous Called me at my work number. I let it ring without picking up. They left no message. I have received a number of cal recently from this and similar numbers (321-2395) without leaving messages. Research snow that are all related to a debt collector based in Tampa.

6/25 12:38pm call from FLorida, 8133210174Unsolicited call to me.  I was asked if I wanted to sell my timeshare.  I immediately asked if this was a  service where I pay money for someone to list and sell my timeshare, response was a lecture about how its illegal to take a commission in doing so.  I was asked what my experience was with the others, I said it was **** !!  Next statement went like "well only GMAC does face to face presentations and its the only way to sell, have a good day and ****S UP !!!Nice GMAC, you have a good day too, don't bother calling back.
