Sam He posted on FB he was selling event tickets. Wanted cash app then PayPal but there was a 99 cent friends and family foreign fee. He claims to be from Iceland but looking at his FB profile, he’s from Nigeria. Don’t give this scammer any money!

Got a text message on my cell#, ***le The credit union alert: Your CARD has been deactivated. Please call this number. I called my credit card directly using the phone number on the back of the card. My credit card has not been deactivated, and they told me this is a scam, that I was wise not to call this number. Beware people!

I have also been getting calls from this number 813-377-3629 it's a Home energy survey number and they are very insistent about coming out to my home and doing a survey insisting it is free etc. I asked for the company name and they would not give it just said "we are a world wide organization for saving energy" . I aksed who would be doing the work to make my home more energy efficent and they said our "energy educators" will be coming out to do the survey.
