Evergreen is acting as a reseller for either you high-s***d internet co., phone company, etc.. It is a solicitation and not a collection call.  If you are the no-call list I believe you would have a legitimate claim a***nst this company (check w/your atty.)

Called at 11:23 AM 9/9/2008 and have called several times before. The caller phone number is 1-813-464-2366 and where the callers name is usually listed is the phone number 1-386-267-1892, a number that is also listed as an annoyance caller.

This company has called numerous times this week.  I asked them not to call a***n yes****ay - but they called back tonight.

PS - they already have your name, addy & phone-as SOLD by your cable/isp/local phone carrier - so report them at www.donotcall.gov if you are on the do not call list.

These people will not stop calling my home.  I called them back using the *67 feature to block my number.  It is a company called Evergreen who says they are calling on behalf of my cable or internet provider regarding money saving specials.  You can put your number on their do not call list by following the prompts if you want.  I then called my cable provider to inquire about them & was told they are a telemarketing company hired by them to get them to sell more products.  I also did some research online & found their website?!  http://www.evergreensales.net; not 100% same company but could be.  Interesting though that I am on the do not call list, so they shouldn't be calling at all!  Can report them to donotcall.gov - I did!

I am getting calls from this number 813-464-2366. My caller ID shows 3862671892 but no name. I googled the 3862671892 and ir belongs to a Company called Evergreen
