Faye Called my cell phone. When I pushed 1 and got a person who did not speak very good english, he told me he could lower my interest rates. When I kept asking him what company he was with he just said they worked with Bank of America, Citibank and others. I told him to NEVER call me a***n and that all he wanted was my credit card information. Then I ***g up on him. I am soooo very sick of these calls.

Called both my cell and land line. Didn't answer cell and they did not leave a voice mail. I answered land line and no one was there and eventually went to a busy signal. I tried to call back and got the number not in service recording.
